At this time, we can ship to street addresses within the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) only. However, depending on the product, international
delivery could be arranged (for more information go to International
customers page).

Shipping options
In order to provide the best possible service we ship via UPS or FedEx. We charge you only the amount the carriers charged us for the delivery of your order. For heavy or oversize items (not accepted by common carriers) we use different trucking companies depending on the destination.
Note:
1. Since in most cases our carriers require adult signature on delivery
we do not deliver to PO BOX or APO/FPO Military addresses. For the same purpose and for your convenience, we recommend that
you designate your business address for deliveries whenever possible.
2. If UPS returns the package(s) due to a wrong street address or not matching recipients’ name as provided in your order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost in both directions. If a reship is requested, you will be responsible for the second shipping cost as well.

Our system automatically calculates shipping charges of your order, based on the total price and the chosen method of shipment.
We offer Ground, Next day or 2-nd day service.

Choosing the best option
Our system automatically calculates shipping charges upon your choice.
You have the possibility to explore the cost of all offered shipping options
for your particular order before your credit card is charged and
to pick one that best fits your needs. Since different carriers have different
requirements as to the weight and size of the freight, your choice may
be limited for heavy or oversize items. The system will reject all orders
that do not qualify for the chosen shipping method and will offer you
the next possible option.

Delivery time
The Standard Shipping time will be 2 to 7 business days, depending on
where you live. To find out when to expect your order, you have to consider
also the availability of the item. For instance: for all items that are
available in stock and if you select Standard Shipping your total delivery
time will be 1 day (availability) + 2 to 7 days (shipping time), so you
can expect to receive this item at your front door 3 to 8 days after you
place your order.
Note:
Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next
day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the
end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method
of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes
us to assemble and ship your order, it only reduces the travel time after
your order leaves our warehouse.

Order processing
Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed
on the next day.
Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday will
be processed on Monday.

Items on back order
If some of the items in your order are temporally out of stock we will
ship the available items and place the orders on back order. In your Order
status we will advice you about back ordered items and when approximately
back ordered items would become available. At this point you will have
the opportunity to cancel back-ordered items (should you wish so) by clicking
on cancel button that will appear next to the item description. When
the back-ordered items become available, they will be shipped using whichever
method you have paid for.
You can check the status of your order at any time by going to Order
Status page. To get there you have to click on Your
account button, located on the left panel and after Login to click
on Order
status link. All your orders will be listed there. Next, click on
the order number that you wish to check the status on.
